Terms of Service & Conditions

Booking Confirmation

Your booking of our equipment and/or services is only deemed to be confirmed and secured upon us receiving a deposit.  

Payment Terms

To secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full booking fee. The remaining 75% of the booking fee is due three (3) months prior to your event date.

Either a remittance or proof of payment must be sent to Accounts@nobleweddingent.com immediately after each payment.

Noble Weddings Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your booking if payment terms are not adhered to.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel the booking:

The following cancellation fees are in place to cover the Agency’s loss and damage in the event that the booking is cancelled for any reason.  

(1) Cancellation from date of booking until one of the below: 25% of Booking Fee (your deposit)

(2) Cancellation within 8-12 weeks of the event date: 50% of Booking Fee

(3) Cancellation within 4-8 weeks of the event date: 75% of Booking Fee

(4) Cancellation within 4 weeks of the event date: 100% of Booking Fee

Noble Weddings Pty Ltd, and any of our performers and contractors, are not  liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under our Terms of Service & Conditions that is due to any of the following causes to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, natural catastrophes, government acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations.

In the event Noble Weddings Pty Ltd cancels the booking:

In the event that the performer is unable to fulfil their obligation to perform, Noble Ent will work with the Client to replace the performer with a suitable alternative.

Whilst we will do everything within our power to endeavour to confirm a suitable alternative, the Agency will not be liable nor accept liability for any loss, or perceived loss, due to the failure of the Agency in providing a performance in accordance with this Terms of Service & Conditions.

Warranties

You warrant that the event venue and the yourself have all current and appropriate insurances in place that would be reasonably required by a venue of their nature, including but not limited to public liability and workers compensation insurance.

You accept responsibility and liability for the actions and omissions of your attendees for all damage that occurs to Noble Weddings Pty Ltd, our contractors, and their equipment.
